Hi! My name is Mrs. Chelsey, and I am so excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher for the 2016-17 school year! I can't wait to get to know everyone and would love to tell you a little bit about myself!
I am from down the bayou (Galliano), and I moved to Thibodaux when I started college at Nicholls State University in 2008. I absolutely love living in Thibodaux! I have been married to my husband for 2 and a half years, and we have 2 dogs who we adore!
I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher once I grew up, and I am so proud that I accomplished my goal. This will be my fifth year teaching kindergarten, and I strive everyday for my students to feel loved and safe upon entering my classroom.
I am looking forward to a wonderful year, and I know we will succeed by working together!
